Hello,
My name is Teresa Reith, I’m a product manager for a company called Cantrav Services Inc – we provide destination management services for Western Canada – i.e. we bring in corporate groups to Vancouver, Whistler, etc. and arrange for their transportation, accommodation, dinners, and events as needs.
I have a group of about 50-60 guests who we are quoting on for a program in Tofino this September. They will be staying 3-4 nights and will have a welcome reception on September 9 and a farewell dinner on Sept 11, 2010. They will be staying at the Black Rock Resort in Ucluelet during this time and are looking for performers to provide entertainment on these two nights.
Are you able to point me in the direction of some local entertainers I can contact? My clients are specifically looking for:
- Sept 9: Background music – guitar duo or DJ
- Sept 11: First Nations or West Coast (ie fishing/surfing) storyteller; and then a trio or quartet to perform as well.
Clients are corporate, so looking for professional entertainers.
